BMW has a worldwide reputation for luxury cars. The German manufacturer is bringing one car after another to the market. The construction of electric cars, which are at the peak of demand, is also not lagging behind.
The company has recently introduced two new models of electric cars. Named IX Electric SEV and Mini Cooper SE. This time the company is preparing to launch a new electric sedan called the BMW i4 in India. Which will debut on May 26.
In terms of design, the Four Series Gran Coupe bears a resemblance to the BMW i4. The front grille and large air dam will help make it uniquely popular. In addition, diamond cutting alloys have been used on the wheels. The car is 4783 mm in length, 1852 mm in width, and 1448 mm in height. The distance between the front and rear wheels is 2856 mm.
The cabin space of the BMW i4 will amaze anyone. It has a 12.3-inch display for the driver and a 14.9-inch infotainment touchscreen for the passenger. There are also LED headlights, iDrive OS6 (operating system), sunroof, wireless mobile charging, parking sensors, traction and stability control, temperature control sensors, ADAS, and airbags for everyone.
The front seats of the car can be adjusted automatically. There is a high-quality sound system for entertainment. Which will make the journey more interesting.
The main driving force of this car is its battery pack of 83.9 kWh capacity. Which is claimed to cover a distance of 493-521 km on a single charge. The accompanying motor produces 335 bhp of power and 430 Nm of torque. Power reaches the rear wheels from the motor. It takes only 5.7 seconds to accelerate from 0-100 kph.
There is a strong possibility that this electric car will come with a wall box charger. With this charger, it is possible to fully charge the battery of the car in 10-12 hours. Again the top variant of the model will definitely support quick charging. It will have AC and DC charging system. The price of the car has not been announced yet.
